Tatiana Schmitz is a CPA/Chartered Accountant, and an Auditorin since 2010.

She began her professional career in 2005 by joining the BATT Group in Dombasle-sur-Meurthe.
Graduated in public accounting in 2010; she became a partner.
She supports business leaders in the traditional sectors of our busin

She also works at our Nancy site.

Member elected since November 2020 of the Regional Council of the Order of Chartered Accountants GRAND EST; she participates in the Digital, Events and Attractiveness commissions.

Member of the CJD Section Nancy since September 2021; She joined the Bureau in July 2022 as Plenary Officer.

Hélène RAPPIN

Hélène RAPPIN is a CPA/Chartered Accountant , and an Auditor since 2005.

Hélène worked at an Auditing firm for 10 years before joining BATT & in 2006.
 
Today, Hélène splits her responsibilities between accounting for 70% of the time, and auditing for 30%.

She specializes in Non-Profit organizations of any size, in the services, construction, and commercial sectors.
 
Hélène is based in our DOMBASLE, NANCY and PARIS offices.

Pascal FRANCOIS

• CPA/Chartered Accountant

Firstly a partner in a large Audit and Consulting firm, Pascal joined Batt & Associés in 2004.

He balances his responsibilities between auditing and consulting for SMEs, specifically in construction, industry, and real estate.

Pascal operates in our Dombasle office, but regularly visits our Nancy location to support the Audit team.

Manon GROSSET

After obtaining a Master’s degree in Accounting, Control and Audit (CCA), Manon joined the Batt firm in October 2015. She has progressed within the firm over the years, becoming Group Manager in 2019, qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in January 2024, and being registered with the French Order of Chartered Accountants in September 2024.

She mainly supports very small businesses and SMEs in the retail, industrial and services sectors, as well as liberal professionals in the medical and notarial fields.

An active member of the Young Chartered Accountants Club, she is strongly committed to knowledge sharing and professional exchange.
