Eric Pierrat has been a chartered accountant and auditor since 2006.
Eric joined BATT & ASSOCIES in 2008, following 18 years at a large Audit and Consulting firm.
Eric assists about 300 clients: Independent businesses, merchants, craftsmen, Non-Profit organizations, and more.
His work focuses primarily on CPA activities. Eric works mostly with organizations in the health, medical, and welfare sectors.
Eric is based in our NANCY office.
Isabelle joined Batt & Associés in 1996. She is now overseeing the Audit Department.
She primarily guides organizations finalizing they financial statements with IFRS status.
She also participates in Special consulting engagements related to the technical audit of consolidated accounts.
Isabelle facilitates numerous training sessions at Batt & Associés, both on auditing best practices, and various software usages.
She is also a quality supervisor within the Audit department at Batt & Associés.
Isabelle operates at our Nancy and Luxembourg offices.
Charlotte is elected to the regional company of auditors of the Grand Est.
She has been working at Batt & Associés since 2010 and is involved in the management of the audit department.
Her activity is mainly oriented towards auditing within the social and solidarity economy.
She is involved in numerous audit assignments for associations and foundations in the health and medico-social sector, and also participates in the work of the associations and foundations commission within the national company of auditors.
Charlotte operates at our Nancy office.
Firstly a partner in a large Audit and Consulting firm, Pascal joined Batt & Associés in 2004.
He balances his responsibilities between auditing and consulting for SMEs, specifically in construction, industry, and real estate.
Pascal operates in our Dombasle office, but regularly visits our Nancy location to support the Audit team.
Olivier began his career at MAZARS in Paris, then in Dublin, Ireland.
He joined Batt & Associés in 1993.
He works across various sectors and is involved more specifically in industry, trade, and e-commerce.
Olivier regularly assists clients with acquisition audits and takeover projects for businesses at risk.
He is also member of the ARE and Global board member of Integra International.
Olivier operates at our Neufchâteau and Paris offices.
Jehanne joined Batt Groupe in 2012 to develop our Paris office.
She previously worked as a consultant at Salustro and Reydel’s (part of KPMG since 2005) for 20 years on audit and consulting engagements.
She primarily specializes in the commerce and services sector, including regulated sectors such as insurance, health insurance, credit firms…
Regarding her audit activity, Jehanne certifies PIE’s accounts.
She speaks English and guides corporate groups and their subsidiaries abroad.
Jehanne thus operates at our Paris and Luxembourg offices.
Nathalie joined Batt & Associés in 1993.
She is in charge of HR management, development strategies, and getting the company to adapt to new technologies and services. She makes sure that the values of the Batt Group – the respect of the teams, the clients, and the environment – are well preserved.

Hélène RAPPIN is a CPA/Chartered Accountant , and an Auditor since 2005.
Hélène worked at an Auditing firm for 10 years before joining BATT & in 2006.
Today, Hélène splits her responsibilities between accounting for 70% of the time, and auditing for 30%.
She specializes in Non-Profit organizations of any size, in the services, construction, and commercial sectors.
Hélène is based in our DOMBASLE, NANCY and PARIS offices.
Tatiana Schmitz is a CPA/Chartered Accountant, and an Auditorin since 2010.
She began her professional career in 2005 by joining the BATT Group in Dombasle-sur-Meurthe.
Graduated in public accounting in 2010; she became a partner.

Member elected since November 2020 of the Regional Council of the Order of Chartered Accountants GRAND EST; she participates in the Digital, Events and Attractiveness commissions.

Jean-Lou created Valorex practice in Custines before joining Batt & Associés in 2008.
He assists numerous Non-Profit organizations, farming businesses, Sole Proprietorship businesses, and more.
He guides companies in traditional sectors, and has become an expert regarding tourism and agricultural economy.
Jean-Lou operates at our Vittel, Épinal, Custines and Verdun offices.
Aurélie started her career in market finance at Société Générale in London and specialised in research and innovation in the financial sector.
She decided to join Batt & Associés in 2019 to share her experiences in both Data and Finances.
She created and is responsible of two divisions to face the growing importance of Data in the business world :
Research & Development : creation of various tools for automation through machine learning.
Data Analytics : creation of models to analyze, visualize and audit financial data for our clients.
Aurélie operates at our Metz, Paris and Nancy offices.
Auréline Simon became a CPA/Chartered Accountant in 2014.
Auréline joined BATT & ASSOCIES in 2009.
She focuses on various sectors and specializes in commerce.
Auréline assists clients in their acquisition audits, and in their failing businesses takeovers projects.
She also works at our PARIS site for special engagements.
After a ten-year experience as an auditor at a regional firm, and then in
PA/chartered accounting, Mickaël joined Batt & Associés in 2016.
He guides companies in the commercial, industrial, or services sectors, such as construction and public works, as well as in the retail sector and automotive repair (dealers, agents, authorized repairers).
He also specializes in non-commercial activities, with a strong consulting expertise in organization and management with a variety of organizations. This is the subject of his accounting dissertation.
Mickaël operates at our Épinal and Bruyères offices.
Anne began her career in a regional office in Lorraine where she mostly specialized in the real estate sector.
She joined Batt & Associés in 2011 at our office in Vandoeuvre-lès-Nancy.
Since 2016, she contributes to the development of our office in Grenoble.
A large part of her activity is to assist our clients in business development and cost rationalization, particularly for our clients in the medical sector (clinics, Retirement homes etc.), industry sector, for start-ups, for buy-outs, and for any assessment engagement.
Anne operates at our Grenoble, Paris and Nancy offices.
Nicolas started his career as an IS Consultant at Accenture, and contributed heavily to the launch of our Paris office in 2008.
He assists company founders, SMEs and subsidiaries of foreign corporations (Nicolas is bilingual in English) in various sectors, but is more specifically involved in trade, e-commerce, and technology-related services.
He regularly assists our clients in the management of their growth through management, tax, and legal advice, but also through organizational, information systems, and acquisition audits.
Nicolas operates at our Paris office.
Lucie BAUDONCOURT is a double graduate in Luxembourg and France (Luxembourg site).
Lucie started her career in 2009 at BATT & ASSOCIÉS Nancy, assisting SMEs and large companies in their development, in particular for our clients in the medical sector (clinics, hospitals, social healthcare associations) and our commercial clients. She has also been involved in start-up and valuation assignments.
After almost 3 years in Nancy, Lucie moved to Luxembourg to work in medium-sized audit firms and specialised in the audit of companies regulated by the CSSF (PSF, investment companies and investment funds) but also performed audits of industrial and commercial companies as well as consolidation audits.
At the same time, she obtained her chartered accountancy diploma in France in 2015 and her auditor diploma in Luxembourg in 2018.
Since December 2020, Lucie has been involved in the launch of BATT & ASSOCIÉS’ subsidiaries in Luxembourg by offering her services in public accounting and auditing and also works on the Metz sites.
She will be able to anticipate and respond to cross-border issues and accompany her clients in their international development.
Lise joined Batt & Associés in 1997.
She assists Sole Proprietorship businesses and corporations in the industrial and services sectors, as well as Non-Profit organizations.
She speaks English and guides corporate groups and their subsidiaries abroad.
Lise operates at our Neufchâteau and Nancy offices.
Véronique BARNET became a CPA/Chartered Accountant in 2002.
She has been part of the BATT & Associés group since its creation.
She assists and advises entities of all sizes, from individual entrepreneurs to groups of companies in various sectors of activity.
Based in Nancy, Véronique also works in Dombasle.
Laurine DEBACKER JOBERT is a chartered accountant and auditor since 2006.
After an experience of 10 years in an accounting firm where she became a specialist in the liberal professions, she decided to take over a group of accounting firms in Northern Lorraine in 2009. In 2021, she and her group joined the Batt group.
She has kept her speciality in the field of liberal professions and intervenes on companies of all sizes in the service and building sector as well as in the trading field. She assists both in the takeover of a company and in its transmission.
Today, she works in Verdun, Conflans en Jarnisy and Lexy.
Lan started her career at SEGENEST practice in 2009.
She joined Batt & Associés in 2021, following the integration of the companies SEGENEST and CAP CONSULTANTS into the group.
Regarding PA/chartered accounting, Lan assists independent businesses, craftsmen and merchants in several sectors : medical, pharmaceutical, catering trade, buildings and public works, telephone services, real estate, etc.
She notably assists clients with international activities in France, Luxembourg, and Belgium.
Regarding audit, she intervenes for assignments related to the associative sector.
Lan operates at our Longwy and Metz offices.
Anthony started his career in regional accounting practices.
He joined Batt & Associés in 2020.
He intervenes in several sectors and notably in retail and real estate.
He regularly assists clients for start-ups and also audit and management issues.
He works with our team in Luxembourg for transnational companies and problematic, notably between France and Luxembourg.

Amandine joined Batt & Associés in 2021 following the integration of the SEGENEST firm. She is director of our Verdun office.
She assists and advises numerous companies and businesses in various sectors of activity, of all sizes, small and medium-sized businesses and liberal professions.

Maxime joined Batt & Associés in 2013.
His work primarily focuses on legal and fiscal consulting for SMEs in numerous sectors, including commerce, industry and service.
In particular, he guides companies and leaders for start-up, development and takeover projects (business plan, legal arrangements, search for financing, assessment, due diligence).
He is involved with Réseau Entreprendre to challenge regional project holders about tomorrow’s issues.
