SAGA 2025: an outdoor seminar to train the accountants of tomorrow
In mid-October, our future chartered accountants gathered in Gérardmer for the third edition of SAGA, a key event of the Batt Academy. This seminar is part of our commitment to long-term support for the firm’s talents, fostering training, knowledge sharing, and cohesion within each cohort.
Cross-disciplinary perspectives in support of business leaders
This edition was marked by contributions from renowned professionals who came to share their expertise and enrich the participants’ reflections.
We were pleased to welcome Erika Martin (Filor Avocats), who provided insights into tax litigation and the complementarity between lawyers and chartered accountants in supporting business leaders, as well as Dr. Didier Fass (H-AUGENPLUS), who shared his vision of the central role of the chartered accountant in a company’s life.
The Batt Academy: a structured development path
The Batt Academy is built around a structured program designed to support future chartered accountants through to qualification, based on several key milestones:
- three annual meetings dedicated to experience sharing and skills development,
- a dedicated seminar to encourage new ways of working, strengthen cohesion, and open up new perspectives,
- personalized support provided by partners committed to the professional development of each trainee accountant.
A collective momentum focused on the future
This seminar reflects our commitment to passing on expertise, fostering excellence, and preparing the chartered accountants of tomorrow, in a spirit of proximity and collaboration.
A big thank-you to the speakers, partners, and all participants for the quality of the discussions and the energy shared throughout this edition.
