Batt partners with the “Bringing People Together for Success” conference in Creutzwald
On October 1st, Batt served as a partner for the conference “Bringing People Together for Success – The GIGN Method,” organized in Creutzwald by the Warndt Club for Executives and Entrepreneurs (CDE Warndt). Several of our partners were in attendance.
Bernard Thellier, who served as a negotiator for the GIGN (the French National Gendarmerie Intervention Group) for over a decade, shared insights from a profession where dialogue and trust are paramount—even in the most complex situations.
His presentation offered an opportunity to reflect on the key drivers for uniting a group, fostering communication, and establishing the foundations for lasting trust.
