Maxime joined Batt & Associés in 2013.
His work primarily focuses on legal and fiscal consulting for SMEs in numerous sectors, including commerce, industry and service.
In particular, he guides companies and leaders for start-up, development and takeover projects (business plan, legal arrangements, search for financing, assessment, due diligence).
He is involved with Réseau Entreprendre to challenge regional project holders about tomorrow’s issues.
