The Batt Corporate Foundation committed alongside the Meurthe-et-Moselle Food Bank
What if one working day could have a tangible impact on the local community?
This is the belief behind skills-based volunteering, an initiative driven by the Batt Corporate Foundation, which allows each employee to dedicate one working day per year to a mission serving the public interest.
As part of this initiative, the Batt Corporate Foundation has partnered with the Meurthe-et-Moselle Food Bank, a key player in local solidarity efforts.
Concrete mobilization in support of solidarity
At the end of the year, more than twenty employees from the Nancy area chose to take part in this program.
On Friday, November 28, some participated in food collection drives in supermarkets and in sorting donated goods, while others will soon take over, particularly during the distribution operations organized ahead of the end-of-year holidays.
These concrete actions provide effective support for the Food Bank’s missions and help meet essential needs, as close as possible to local realities.
A societal commitment rooted in local communities
Through the Batt Corporate Foundation, we aim to facilitate solidarity-based engagement, support local stakeholders, and enable everyone to get involved in their own way, in the service of equal opportunities and professional integration within our regions.
A heartfelt thank-you to all the committed employees for their dedication and energy, as well as to the Meurthe-et-Moselle Food Bank for its essential daily work.
